About Us

The Rotary Club of Varsity Lakes was officially chartered on 3rd September 2018.

 

We do things a little differently to the norm in that we are a new age 'LUNCH CLUB'

whereby we meet each Tuesday from 1pm to 2pm at Hotel CBD to relax, chat, network and catch

up over a meal and a drink. We come together to get to know each other and our speakers better, and to

further the causes we support - and all are welcome.

​We invite you to join us and enjoy lunch and a drink with our diverse and friendly members.

​

Guest speakers are frequently invited to join us for lunch providing interesting and relatable topics of local, national and global interest.

​​

We love meeting people from varied vocations, industries and organisations both locally and nationally as well as other Rotarians throughout the world.

​

Even though you may not be a Rotarian, you may wish to connect and get to know more local people in your community, be they in business, retired or simply live in the local area.  

 

If you live on the Gold Coast or have moved here recently, please feel free to contact our club or join our club for one of our meetings.

Here at the Varsity Lakes Rotary lunch club, we see the value in everyone and in our diversity. We are people of action. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2018 - as one of the newest clubs to launch in Australia in more than a decade - we’ve been driven by the same ideas that Rotary was founded upon:
